Use case

Turn website enquiries into a pipeline you work

The gap that loses work is not the form. It is the four days between somebody asking for a price and somebody on your side noticing.

In PopzIQ the enquiry, the customer record, the pipeline stage and the follow-up are the same product reading the same rows, so nothing has to be copied anywhere for the next step to happen.

Anybody who quotes for work: trades, agencies, studios, consultancies.

The path

What happens, in order

Each step names the rows it writes. Every one of those is a type from the frozen event catalog, which is the same log automations trigger on and webhooks relay, so nothing here is a step that only exists on this page.

  1. They ask for a price

Put the quote request form in your page, or set it as an exit popup on the page where people leave. It asks what you need to quote and stops there.

    • form.viewed
    • form.started
    • form.submitted
  2. They become a person, not a row

The submission resolves to one contact on a normalised email. If they enquired last year, this is the same person with a longer timeline rather than a duplicate to merge.

    • contact.created
    • contact.updated
  3. They land in your pipeline

A lead is created on the pipeline you named, at the stage you chose, with an owner. Your stages, not a vendor idea of a sales process.

  4. The follow-up fires without you

The submission event is a trigger. Send an acknowledgement now, wait two days, then create a task for whoever owns the lead if nothing has moved.

    • email.sent
    • email.delivered
    • email.opened
  5. You find out where they are dropping

The funnel says how many saw the form, how many started and how many finished. If your ten-question quote form loses two thirds of the people who start it, that is a number rather than a hunch.

Start from

Templates that already ask this

Every one of these is a real template in the product with its questions already written. Apply one, change what is not yours and publish.

  • Quote request

    10 questions

Use it when you price jobs and want everything you need to quote without a second email.

  • Callback request

    5 questions

Use it when people would rather be rung than write, and you need a number and a good time.

  • Contact us

    5 questions

Use it when every enquiry from your site should land in one place instead of a personal inbox.

Show it as

The modes that suit this

Display mode is a setting on the form. Try one this week and another next week without touching the questions or losing the submissions.

  • Inline

The form sits in your page where you put the div. It scrolls with the content and pushes the page around it, so it reads as part of the site rather than as an advert on top of it.

  • Popup

A centred panel over a dimmed page. Focus is held inside it, Escape closes it and the page underneath cannot be tabbed into while it is open.

Honestly

What this does not cover

The things people ask for next, with the answer today. If one of these is the whole reason you were looking, better to read it here than to find out inside.

Where this stops

The pipeline is follow-up, not Salesforce. Stages, owners, tasks and a score. There are no quotas, no forecasting and no territory rules.

There is no round-robin assignment. An owner is set by you or by an automation rule you write.

There is no phone dialler and no call logging.

Five minutes, start to finish

Create a workspace, apply one of the templates above, publish it and watch the first event land on a real customer record.

No card to start. No trial clock. The free plan runs the whole loop.
