Templates

Twenty forms. None of them a blank page.

A gallery is only useful if the forms in it are the ones you were about to build. These are the twenty a small business actually needs, with the questions already written, the right field for each answer and a look chosen to suit it.

Pick one, change anything, publish. Applying a template is a single edit you can undo, so trying one costs nothing.

What a template is, or is not

It is code, not content. Every template ships inside the product rather than sitting in a content system somewhere, so the form you get is the form these pages describe and both move together.

It is a starting point you own. Add a question, delete one, change every word. Nothing about a form stays tied to the template it came from.

It carries a look you can drop. Each one arrives with one of five themes already chosen. Type, colour, spacing and background are all yours from one panel afterwards.

Publish one of these in five minutes

Create a workspace, pick a template, change the words that are not yours and press publish. That is the whole path from nothing to a form collecting answers.

No card to start. No trial clock. The free plan runs the whole loop.
